***Breaking News Indiana Fire & Police MX***

Due to some unforeseen circumstances (injury, financial, personal, etc.) the Indiana Fire & Police MX was going to be canceled. But
the race is still on, although there will be quite a few changes. Please bear with us as these changes had to be made in order for the race to survive this year. Once we get through this year we will have a whole year to get things back to normal.
The practice day is still on for Aug. 9th. Gate opens at 9am and practice is 10am-3pm. The cookout will still take place after practice, so everyone please bring something. $25 per rider, $5 per spectator. Practice will be ran in 15-20 minute sets depending on rider turn-out. Camping is free Sat. and Sun. night (gate will open at dusk on Sat. night). The practice and race are still being held at DIRT MX.
There will only be one race day, Mon. Aug. 10th. Gate and sign-up opens at 8am, practice 9am-10:30am, riders meeting at 11am, racing starts after the riders meeting.
$8 gate fee, $22 race fee for first class, $20 for second class, additional classes after that are $10. This is the same price in years past, it's just split different between the gate fee and your first class.
We will be racing with the public and not scored separate except for the Fire & Police Only Class. Since the race is being held on Monday, we are not expecting a lot of public entries.
Trophies 1st-3rd place in all classes except for the Fire & Police Only class 1st-5th place.
Classes have changed significantly, again please bear with us.

2. Open age C ( " " novice " )
3. Extra B (same as above, just another class available to race)
4. Extra C ( " " )
5.Open D ( any bike,any age,beginner/"D" ability,no double jumping,you may race a C class and F & P Only class if you'd like)
6. Women (any bike/quad,any age,any ability)
7. Open Quad (any quad,any age,any ability)
8. Extra Quad ( " " " , an extra class for you quad riders to race)
9. Jr. Youth (3-8 yrs.,any bike or quad)
10. Sr. Youth (9-13 yrs. " )
11. Safety Forces (fire & police only,any bike,any age,any ability, trophies 1st-5th place)
4 lap motos for big bikes and quads. Little bikes and quads will run 1/2 track with 7 laps.

We are sorry for any inconvenience !!! There was a very short notice (July 16th) of the race being canceled and this was the very best we could do in such a short time. We hope you will still come out to ride, race, hang out, and have a good time !!!
